Construction Full PU System

1.Paved the water resistance coating on the substrate base with help of rolling brush.
2.Put the adhesive material of PU/PU binder on the surface and applied all over the surface with rolling brush before the next layer, the usage of adhesive material is o.2kg/square meter.
3.Before paving the primer layer mixed two components of PU at ratio 1:4 very well, and then mixed black rubber (SBR) granule with PU two components with proper proportion 25% SBR granules and 75% PU material paved on the surface with simple process.
4. For the top layer, firstly mixed two components of PU with proper proportion 1:2, then after composition of PU components, then mixed this material with EPDM in mixture plant with ratio of 1:1 and applied with spray pump two times firstly vertical and then horizontally the usage of silicon PU and EPDM for top layer is 1.2 kg /square meter

EPDM Granule Rubber Content

In Europe and the United States, The rubber content requirement of EPDM rubber playground is usually more than 15%, the domestic is usually 8%-10%. The higher the content of EPDM Rubber Granule, the higher the cost will be. Also, the performance of the playground will be better.

Core properties of EPDM Granules

Tensile Properties

After the interception of vulcanized EPDM sheet, then place it on the clamping device of the testing machine , and transferred it to a symmetrical position carefully, in order to make the tensile evenly distributed in the cross section of the specimen. Write down the distance between the largest and the two line inside when the boot test piece fractured. EPDM Granules are of good tensile properties, more durable, and long service.

Anti-aging Properties

Under the set temperature and humidity condition, the use of machine simulation of normal solar UV irradiated EPDM rubber block, namely artificial simulated climate, achieve the set time, and related physical properties of observation for EPDM rubber color changes, called EPDM anti-aging performance test.
Under normal weather condition, the strong performance of anti-aging of EPDM Granules are not easy to fade.

EPDM RUBBER GRANULE

Now one layer of epoxy floor will be installed in 3d design to prepare the floor. The coating will be applied by using resin and hardener with other material. The coating may take dry faster but it will still need some time.
